This spouted pouch is built for liquid filling by restaurant chains, condiment brands and food processors. The body uses a three-side seal construction, giving flat, firm heat-sealed edges along both sides and the bottom so the pouch stands or lies evenly. A large-bore spout at the top pours quickly without trapping residue, and it can be fitted with a screw cap or leak-resistant valve for in-store dispensing, inline filling and resealing. It suits soy sauce, sauces, cooking oil and other free-flowing liquids.
Pouch bodies are typically made from food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with barrier layers and film thickness adjusted to the product and any sterilization method, balancing puncture resistance and heat tolerance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for crisp detail and stable registration, and we support customization from your samples or artwork, including matte and gloss finishes. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, with spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width developed to your requirements.
These pouches are widely used for soy sauce, sauces, hotpot bases, juices, edible oil and household liquid products. The usual custom process is sample or artwork review, proofing, sample approval, then bulk production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop with in-house film blowing, printing and pouch making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film in the same material can be supplied, and delivery follows the approved sample and schedule.
